Property Information
Sky View Cottage is a striking post and beam log cabin four minutes from downtown Bryson City, NC. This cozy cabin has a beautiful antique feel. In the two bedrooms it sleeps four; the living room and den each have a queen sized sleeper and there is a twin fold out bed putting the maximum number of people up to nine. The bathrooms are exquisite with Courier and Ives inspired theme and a large shower in the downstairs bathroom, and a jetted bath tub in the upstairs bath just for you.
In any weather, you can enjoy the covered porch & deck and the gorgeous views. Inside the living room features a soaring stone gas burning fireplace under the skylight above. The separate den will give your family space to enjoy your vacation without a crowded feeling. Books, games, and TV – you’ll find plenty to do if you decide to crash in the living room, den or lounge on the porch. You can even let your dog or kids run without fear in the fenced Dog run on the side yard.
Sky View Cottage is convenient to everything! Bryson City is just moments away. Hiking trails galore with difficulty ranging from easy to Navy Seal. Harrah’s Casino is about fifteen minutes away in Cherokee. From shopping, hiking, fishing, boating, and white-water rafting, to hole-in-the-wall eateries – adventure here is endless!

The non-refundable pet rental fee is $75 per pet per stay unless the size of the animal (such as in “toy” sized animals or extremely large animals) makes the manager deems a price decrease/increase.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and only in selected cabins. An additional pet rental and additional Damage Deposit on your credit card will apply. Pets brought without advance notice will be charged DOUBLE the normal pet fees. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas), at any time. Unattended pets in cabin must be crated caged. Evidence of any pet being in the hot tub will be cause for loss of security deposit in full and may be subject to additional fees. Any evidence of pets on furniture will be subject to additional fees.
All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations and must be free from fleas. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three days prior to arrival.
The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
