Property Information
Ski in and ski out!!! Slip on your skis/boards and walk less than 100ft. to 4 O’clock run and ski/board to snowflake lift for an exciting day of skiing/boarding. Our mountain retreat is located in beautiful Breckenridge with ski in ski out. The home has some of the most breathtaking mountain and town views from every room and deck. Enjoy the private hot tub after your day on the mountain and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace.
Our home has two family rooms to enjoy with TVs in both. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. The master has a king bed and beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath tub. The second bedroom has queen with twin day bed and twin trundle. The third bedroom has queen and shares a bathroom with the downstairs family room. The downstairs family room has queen futon bed for extra sleeping. In the downstairs family room there is a wet bar and foosball.
Our home is decorated with log beds and comfortable furniture to relax. There is a gas grill to cook on the upper deck. There is also Gourmet Cabby if you would like to order in. We have seating for six at the dining table and seating for three at the bar. Enjoy a game at the table for four or enjoy relaxing and reading a book. The views are awesome from both living areas.
This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome crests just above the Snowflake chairlift, and 20 yards across the street from Four O'Clock ski run. Truely a Ski in, Ski Out home!!! Hopping on this ski run will take you down to within yards of the lift. The multi-level design and east-facing picture windows provide spectacular views of both Mt. Baldy and town, and also allow plenty of natural light. Some of the amenities include a family room complete with foosball table and wetbar, and large deck with a private outdoor hot tub and mountain views. The master is a king suite and the master bathroom offers a cozy clawfoot bath tub and separate shower as well. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed and twin daybed with trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. This home also features a beautiful woodburning fireplace. The living area, family room, and every bedroom each has its own TV. The stereo has different zones for listening to music while relaxing in the private hot tub.
