Property Information
As soon as you arrive at Seacroft Villa you will feel at home. There is no need to bring anything, just your tired body, a good book and the yearning for a vacation, unlike any other. Seacroft luxury beachfront villa is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Everything from beach towels to barbeque is provided. High speed wireless internet access is available in the villa for those who need to stay in contact with work or home. We can even arrange for groceries to be purchased from the local store and be in your rental home ready for your arrival. Our caretaker and rental manager will be on hand to deal with any questions. They operate a fishing charter boat so if you are feeling adventurous and want to take advantage, we can arrange it for you too.
Seacroft villa is located right on the ocean front and is one of only a very small number of properties with a beachfront view. Just a few short steps will get you to the warm waters of the Caribbean with a fresh water pool just yards away.

Guests may take advantage of all the facilities at the February Point Resort, including tennis courts, fitness center and marina, which are subject to availability. Separate fees may be payable. Please ask at the February Point offices.

Property Activities
You can do as much or as little as you want on this safe, tropical paradise, where crime is virtually non existent and there are no shopping malls, pollution or stress. Just relax and unwind or for those with more active pursuits perhaps a little windsurfing or snorkeling. There are gymnasium and tennis court facilities at the resort for the more seriously minded but why not refine your boating skills on the pristine waters, exploring the many cay's and virgin beaches nearby?
Eating Out in Great Exuma, Bahamas is informal and the food is simple but well cooked. The Chat and Chill on Stocking Island is a must for island food and drink, but be careful, the Rum Punches are very potent!! Try the Peace and Plenty and Two Turtles in George Town or the Four Seasons Hotel at Emerald Bay which offers excellent fare too. There are several well stocked mini supermarkets in George Town, with groceries and fresh produce to satisfy most tastes

The Exuma chain of 365 islands stretches lazily across the tropic of Cancer and are famous for the shimmering turquoise and jade waters, two James Bond movies and more recently, pirates of the Caribbean!. Great Exuma is the largest in the chain and is about 300 miles off the coastal United States. Since they were first settled by English gentry in the 17th century, the Exumas have been fabled for their pristine beauty and, thanks to the gulf stream, the idyllic climate. In summer, the Exuma's` heat is mediate by the gentle breezes off the Atlantic. In winter, their sea washed shores bask in 80F (27C) sunshine for much of the time. When the rest of the northern hemisphere suffers under a blanket of cold, when the Mediterranean is cool and even Miami is chilly, the Exumas are at their tropical best.
The island of Great Exuma is voted one of "The Top 5 Islands to Live On" by Islands Magazine.

From my first conversation with the owners I could tell my family was in good hands staying at this beautiful villa in February Point. The lush, well maintained grounds of the developement are evident from the entry gates. Perfect location from everything we were interested in. Close to Georgetown for supplies and boat rentals (which we did for 3 of the 6 days we were there...highly recommended!!) The villa itself was clean, well maintained and any questions we had were quickly answered by the very helpful care takers, Doug and Wendy. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and will be returning myself in the near future.The views from this villa are just spectacular of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. We really enjoyed the boating and Chat-n-chill on stocking island is a must! Also snorkeled the underwater caves around crab key and hit starfish beach near stocking island and counted over 50 big beautiful starfish...just amazing! We also enjoyed a guided "glass bottom" kayak trip by starfish water sports through moriah harbor...awesome!! I could go on and on about this incredible island, this beautiful luxury waterfront villa and the warm and friendly people of exuma...but you'll just have to see for yourself....you wont be disappointed. Your villa has markedly exceeded our expectations! It has the best location in the grouping and is tastefully decorated. It was extremely clean, both inside and out and the grounds! It is well built and you can be most proud of not only the house, but its location. We have travelled the island from the Four Seasons to Williams Town and this is the Best! We have property and you have intensified our desire to build! What a fabulous place, the villa and location is just superb, we rented a boat and sailed to the beautiful beaches, Chat n Chill on Stocking Island is a must, try the Gombay Slammers and conch salad. Coco Plum Brach is another must see, and Santana’s at Williams town, Little Exuma has great food. The people here are so friendly and have we met a lot of them.
