Property Information
Our fabulous home is in a perfect location with views of the Bay, Marigot, a nearby French town on the island, and has views of the neighboring island of Anguilla. It is located on the Dutch side of the island so you do not need foreign converters. Drive to 37 beaches nearby, gourmet restaurants, and the Airport in just a few minutes.
Of the three bedrooms two are suites. This home is only a couple years old. There is a large lanai ideal for evening barbecues. The large sun bathing deck has six lounge chairs. The pool is an infinity style pool overlooking the Bay. Housekeeping service is included six days a week.
Aquamarina, our gated community, has a water taxi service available to take you to the French side for lunch or shopping, the beach, or the airport. Fees may apply, inquire. This is a fantastic island with French and Dutch flair. The local food is incredible. Beautiful sea shells and great snorkeling at many of the beaches. Once you experience the island you won't want to leave.

$600-$1100/night. One couple off season better rate - inquire. Includes Housekeeper 6 days a week.
