As one of our guests you can enjoy the Royalty Experience of the newly appointed Dynasty Lofts. This property is only two blocks from the San Diego Convention Center, Ralphs Grocery Store, Historic Gaslamp and Horton Plaza Shopping Center. There are only two units in this property . This loft suite is located downstairs and is approximately 1100 square. The residence has a slight industrial feel with a garage style door that opens to a private patio with outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque. The unit is made to feel warm with cherry floors, and earth tone paints. If after a long hard work day or an evening of enjoying all the nightlife of the GASLAMP turn off the lights, the 42" flat screen TV, the ESPN sports package and crawl into the comfortable queen size bed that is in a large 12X18 bedroom. If you are coming with other guests they can be made to feel very comfortable in a separated room that also has two twin beds. If for any reason you need additional sleeping accommodations open up the pullout sofa. There are two seating areas, and a dinning area. A few of the amenities includes free linen service, free concierge service, forced heating and air conditioning, 42" flat screen TV, and free wireless internet. For those clients whom stay for at least three days we offer free onsite dry cleaning, and laundry service (yes it's free). We encourage you to "Go Green" and take one of our provided bicycles to Sea Port Village, The Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The San Diego Bay, or the USS Midway. If your stay includes Sunday feel free to enjoy the stroll through the Farmers Market that is just around the corner on 3rd and Island. For our Jewish clients we are next to Chabad of Downtown and Rabbi Zalman Carlebach will provide you with kosher dishes for your stay.

| Cancellation Policy: Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone.
Payment Policy: PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Payment is preferred via check or money order. **There is a 3% service charge for all credit card payments** 50% of the reservation is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC will take and hold Guest’s credit card information on file. Provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met, Guest’s credit card will not be charged for the security deposit. Your security deposit (credit card) also secures your reservation. Please read the cancellation policy in section 3 below. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in are not exempt from the cancellation policy! Some homes require additional cash deposits. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear and Guest hereby authorized 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC to charge the Guest’s credit card to cover said costs. If cost of replacement or repairs exceeds the Guest’s credit limit, Guest agrees to pay the difference to 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC . In the event of a dispute concerning a security deposit, arguments to be heard in the jurisdiction where the property exists.
Cancellation & Refunds: CANCELLATION: RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED BOOKED WHEN THE GUEST’S CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS RECEIVED AND 50% OF THE PAYMENT IS MADE. To cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC will refund the sums you have paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total rent amount. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, Guest will forfeit all sums paid, except the security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate for the same period. In the event the property is re-rented for less than the original amount of rent, canceling Guest will receive the balance of his advance rental payment less an amount equal to 10% of the original rent and less any amount necessary to make full payment to the property owner. Guest hereby authorizes 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC to charge Guest’s credit card for any outstanding balances for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management may cancel any reservation for any reason up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In the event the Owner is unable to deliver the property to Guest under the agreement prior to occupancy because of a fire, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Guest hereby agrees that Owner’s sole liability as a result of any of these conditions is a full refund of all consideration paid by Guest for the rental. Guest expressly acknowledges and understands that in no event shall Owner be held liable for any consequential or other damages. An additional $150 service charge will be applied to Vacation-Renter, Inc.
Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
