From the living room window, den window, and upstairs bedrooms, you can view the 14th Green at Arnold Palmer's managed Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. Mr. Palmer recently re-designed this course and the sister golf course, "Legends," located side by side!

The serene atmosphere, magnificent views, and peacefulness will surely rejuvenate your spirit! The security gated complex has a wonderful walking path that will get your heart pumping. The six swimming pools and large spa will soothe your bones and don't forget the two tennis courts that have lighting for you night time players!

We just recently tiled the entire downstairs and installed beautiful wood plantation window coverings through out! The 1551 square foot unit has a flowing floor plan that will offer privacy to your whole family or group. All bedrooms are located upstairs and the huge master bedroom has its private bathroom and plenty of closet space. The over-sized kitchen has all the appliances and cooking utensils. Our large screen offers a combination DVD and VCR capabilities and the cable system has over 100 channels. Once you park in the covered area, you walk through a gate that takes you into your private patio with Gas barbecue grill, table, and chairs.
