Great family house with lots of room. Upstairs has a bedroom (2 double & 1 twin bed) designed for children, full bath with clawfoot tub. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (main bedroom:queen bed, back bedroom:double & twin bed, 2 baths with showers, luxury bath amenities, linens and towels, fireplace, living room, dining area, full kitchen, TV's & VCR's w/complimentary movie rental from office, telephone with free local calls. Also, barbecue and picnic tables, laundry room available and off street parking. Recently completed renovation. Very close to beach, river, Broadway Street, restaurants and shops. Great location.
