People in this neighborhood of spacious multi-million dollar homes share a friendly
small town greeting as they pass one another to visit the beach, surf, boogeyboard or
just to take a leisurely walk along the ocean.
Residents and visitors alike will say "hello" on your way to go antique shopping on
Newport Avenue, visit dozens of shops and restaurants or perhaps just to try your

All five bedrooms as well as the den and the living room enjoy generous proportions
as well as spectacular whitewater ocean views from many of the rooms. The 4000
square foot home is big enough to enable family reunion and corporate retreat groups
to enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without bumping into
the others in your group who are spread throughout the rest of the house.
Villa Magnifica faces west with a straight-on white water view of the magnificent
Pacific Ocean. The 20-foot high cathedral ceilings are graced with walls of glass that
frame the beautiful sunsets each evening. The living room, den and dining room are
both spacious for large groups and afford unparalleled whitewater views of the
Pacific Ocean.
There is a large backyard seating area for even the largest groups to enjoy the balmy
San Diego evenings by the pool. The proximity of the kitchen and the outdoor BBQ grill
make indoor-outdoor parties extremely inviting. The gas BBQ is near outdoor
seating and tables for al fresco dining in the outdoor dining area.
Beyond the sitting area in the rear yard is the large swimming pool and the 6-person Jacuzzi Spa. There is also ample parking including two covered garage spaces in the rear of the property accessed by an alley.

$850 per night November thru April with weekly rental
($450 per night for small groups of 4 or less--7 night min.)
$1100 per night during May and October with weekly rental
($550 per night for small groups of 4 or less--7 night min.)
$1400 per night with weekly minimum during June to Sept. and Holidays
(add $300 per night if renting less than a week)
$1400 per night for rentals of less than a week (except Summer and
Holidays when the rate for less than a week is $1700 per night
Note: Pool Hours are 8 am to 8 pm due to Neighborhood Restrictions

Villa Magnifica is among just a few oceanfront homes available in the Sunset Cliffs
area of Point Loma--located due west of downtown San Diego. This means you will
be less than 10 minutes from all the major San Diego attractions--Sea World, Old
Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the historic Gaslamp District, Little Italy, the
new Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the Convention Center. This puts you closer to
San Diego's best attractions than any other oceanfront estate-sized home in San
Diego.
Sunset Cliffs is a great location--none of the parking problems or congestion that you
encounter in Mission Beach--yet just two blocks away is a little village retail area
with 15 shops and restaurants. Walking several blocks further brings you to the
famous Ocean beach pier which is the longest pleasure pier on the West Coast.
There are hundreds of food and entertainment choices in nearby Ocean Beach.
