Our Kauai Condo is located on the Princeville Resort Golf Course on Kauai. Princeville Resort is close to Kauai's beaches, scenic look-outs, waterfalls, boating, kayaking, shopping, restaurants, and much more.
Take a 10 minute walk to Kauai's beautiful Anini Beach for excellent swimming and snorkeling. The miles of Kauai's white sandy beaches in Hanalei Bay are only a 10 minute drive.

$95/night or $650/week double
Add Hawaii Tax and $75 out-cleaning charge. A refundable $200 damage deposit is required.
Reservations and Advance Security Deposit:
Condos: $200 deposit
Reservations without a deposit will cancel in 10 days. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately, if booked less than 45 days before arrival. The deposit is refunded within 2-3 weeks less any extraordinary cleaning charges or damages after your departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A. If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund, less $50 handling.
B. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit all deposits.
C. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, rents and deposits are forfeited.
