Property Information

The Grizzly Lodge, built in 2008, is situated in the lovely community of Lake Harmony Estates. It is a 2 story, 2500 square foot house that has a total of 5 bedrooms 3 full baths. The house is situated on a quite wooded lot.

The Grizzly Lodge has a game room with an 8' pool table, large screen LCD TV with a DVD player and a CD player. The game room is 26' x 20'. Directly off this room is the outdoor patio which holds the 7 to 8 person hot tub. Located on the second floor is our large great room that has a cathedral ceiling.real wood burning stone fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups with it spacious granite countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware. Our dining room has 6' solid wood table with seating for 8.

The outside of the home boasts a 350 square foot raised Trex deck. A gas grill is located on the deck for grilling. We provide a 7’ picnic table.

This home sleeps 14 in beds, aero beds and pullout sofas. Occupany is limited to 16

The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.

Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 3/4 miles from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
