Sea Mist Cottage conveniently located on Oceanview Avenue -- the main road into the now famous Bella Beach vacation community and on down to the popular ocean beach access...a common place for families to gather to watch whales or a dramatic sunset. Sea Mist Cottage is the perfectly situated getaway for a fun family gathering or group get-together. Its thoughtfully designed floor plan and cheerful décor will draw you back again and again! Just imagine an afternoon nap on the porch swing with the summer breeze flowing by or a hot tub in the privacy of a spacious park-like fenced yard. Sea Mist offers three (or four) bedrooms, a detailed kitchen, cozy and colorful living area with a fireplace TV, DVD, Stereo and surround sound, a private fenced yard with gas fire pit, hot tub and grill, a game room with Ping Pong table. This home has it all!
The inviting main floor features a kitchen/living area with space for your computer hook up, fireplace, half bath, and the master bedroom with king bed and full bath. The second floor with it soft tones offers a laundry room, two + bedrooms, one with an amazingly comfortable king bed and continental bath the other with twin bunk beds, there's also an extra twin daybed. If accommodations are needed for eleven just add in the loft with an extra queen bed to "accommodate 11".
If accommodations are needed for eight more guests reserve with adjacent "Catalina Cottage" vacation home. Safe Harbor is also close by.

| Deposits: All Bella Beach Vacation Rentals homes require a 30% deposit when making the reservation. We will be happy to process this deposit with a credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover) or check. This deposit is non-transferable and may not be applied to any other reservations. The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposits are retained by the credit card number and charged if terms require forfeit of deposit. We accept a maximum of two charge cards per reservation. |

| Cancellation Policy: Should the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 31 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 30 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to rebook your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures. |

| Other Policies: All of the rental homes rented by Bella Beach Vacation Rentals are privately owned and reflect the personality and unique tastes of their owners. Because of this, we do not allow smoking or unauthorized pets in any of our rental homes. Bella Beach, Roads End and Cutler Point are small coastal communities and we ask that you restrict all sound and noise to a reasonable volume. Tenants and their guests must conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb any neighbors enjoyment of the community. Bella Beach Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and especially those under the age of 25.
Bella Beach Vacation Rentals offers several "pet-friendly" homes. Small pet friendly homes allow for 1 dog either 15-20lbs and under (this is an owners choose as to whether pets are allowed and size of dog). PETS OTHER THAN DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. All homes are limited to a maximum of 2 dogs. Should we discover that a pet is or has been in the home without prior approval, you will be charged your full $350 security deposit and must vacate the home, forfeiting all payments received. Our Lincoln County/City neighborhoods operate with strict dog policies. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the home and picked up after a $25 fee will be charged if these rules are violated. At NO TIME MAY PETS BE LEFT UNATTENDED in a home, car or on the grounds on one of our homes. |

Came in for a one night stay to celebrate Anne's birthday, Wowee Zowee! It was like living in a Pottery Barn catalogue...except REAL. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, bunk beds, ping pong table & fact that the microwave could not only get soup boiling in 45 seconds, but the bowl itself stayed cool. Just the magic of "Sea Mist", I guess!!! The house is beautiful, the company was great, the hot tub was just the right hotness...overall, I would give this visit a 17 on a scale of 1-5. It was that good.

We came from all over to reunite our family here on the Oregon Coast (Florida, N. Carolina, Washington). What a beautiful place! Your house made the setting perfect for all of us to gather together & have a blast! There were 16 of us all together (between 2 homes - this one & the Americana), so the bikes really came in handy. We loved the hot tubs in the cool air. The fire pit kept us close & warm. We'll be back to Bella Beach for every family reunion!

This is my second trip to this beautiful home and the Bella Beach community (I had so much fun last time I didn't have time for adding a comment). We just came back in after an evening around the fire pit, what a great time to be able to enjoy conversation with the adults while the kids played in the hot tub and game room! The beds are so comfortable and and the sheets and towels are so plush I don't want to leave tomorrow:( I will be back to "Breakaway" again...
