Double Bay, Eleuthera. The setting of this ocean home in Double Bay, Eleuthera has one of the most breathtaking views in the world. The endless pink sand beach invites long walks where you are sure to enjoy the ever changing color of the water.
The entrance will lead you into the living and dining room displaying a stunning view of the sea. The bedrooms at opposite ends of the home open on to the patio for views of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped plus there is a laundry room. The cathedral ceilings provide the feel of airy spaciousness. The entire house is tiled and furnished with rattan and comfortable upholstered couches and chairs.
SIZE: The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with all linens and dishes included.
BEDS: There is a king sized bed in each bedroom.

For stays of less than 7 nights (except holidays) the rate is $300/night plus $100 cleaning fee.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
