At Bear Creek you will be surrounded with the beauty of towering spruce and aspen trees. The mountain views place you at the heart of nature. Even though Bear Creek is only moments from the heart of activity in Vail, you will never feel closed in by the bustle of the community as the property adjoins the White River National Forest, home to 8 well known Wilderness areas.
During ski season the task of shoveling snow from your car or drive each morning will not occur. Bear Creek does not only houses 4 cars it is also dully appointed with a heated drive.
Bear Creek is located approx 1.5 miles from Vail Village which makes all ski lifts just moments away. Skiing, fine dining and shops are only a shuttle bus ride away. You can jump on Vail’s shuttle bus just down the drive, and at the bottom of the lane, a shuttle bus stop can be found. With parking in Vail Village at a premium during high season, the convince of the shuttle service is a valuable plus at Bear Creek. Summer time finds Vail Village less crowded and free parking is available. Fall will find the aspens at the height of their fall color, and the Village at its slowest pace, as many shop owners take this time to build their own memories.

Nestled in Aspen & Spruce in the heart of White River National Forest a stone's thrown from the golf course. Main ski lifts are 1.5 miles from the front door. A shuttle bus stop is a short stroll down lane. Bear Creek is an 'owners home' not a typical 'rental' and one of Vail's Premium Platinum homes. Designed with a large family in mind it is still filled with designer touches. Bear Creek consist of 3 levels and the private Guest Suite is perfect for grandparents, college students or the in-laws. Wrap around decks surround the home. Master suite has it own. You will find the hot tub on the rear private deck. Fireplaces! You will have 4. Three wood-burning and one gas with remote. Main dining table will sit 10, 2 at the breakfast bar & 4 in the Guest Suite. 3 Laundry Rms. Portable Baby crib.
