The Betty Grable Palm Springs Retreat
Featuring a Main House, Casita and Cottage Apartment plus outdoor living space.
This beautifully restored 1930’s adobe style home with beamed ceilings throughout was once the Palm Springs Retreat for Betty Garble and Harry James. This is a unique property with all the amenities and nostalgia of the Golden Days of Hollywood.
Main House:
The comfortable living room with cozy fireplace is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or better yet someone special. There is a grand dining room for family dinners or any special occasion prepared in a chefs kitchen.
The two bedrooms with king size beds and each with a bathroom, have ample light from the windows and patio doors.
The Grounds;
Perfection with absolute privacy and glorious mountain vistas, this outdoor entertainment area is set between the main house and cottage and has a large seating area with a fireplace overlooking the indigo tiled saltwater pool surrounded by lush landscaping.
Casita;
A suite all its own with a king size bed, Sofa and private luxurious bathroom.
Cottage Apartment;
A wonderful great room with a fireplace and French doors to the grounds makes this retreat experience a reality. There is a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, fire place and doors to the patio and Spa that will make you feel like you’re the motion picture star
Top off your retreat with a Shady hammock nap in the warm Palm Springs splendor.

| Cancellation Policy |
|
If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.

| Deposits |
|
|
1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted.

| Other Fees |
|
|
Other charges include a non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable city taxes and a refundable security deposit. Pool heating charges may apply. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
