Condo building is sited on a beginners slope (lift served) at the Carinthia section of Mt. Snow in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. The unit sleeps eight with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom and a loft with two twin beds as well as a queen sized bed in the living room sofa. There are two full bathrooms. TRAILSIDE ADVANTAGE: No traffic to fight, no shuttles to contend with and no crowded parking lots.
Besides skiing there are excellent Summer and Fall activities such as swimming, golf and mountain biking. There are two golf courses within two miles and one at Stratton Mountain about 30 minutes away. There is swimming at Lake Raponda, which is 6 miles away. The area has boating, fishing, tennis, hiking and excellent shopping within a 10-20 minute drive. The fine Mt. Snow Valley restaurants are open all year.

The rates do not include personal linens (we supply pillows, blankets, and paper goods). Cleaning is included. A security deposit of $200 is required. Booking requires 50%, with the remainder due 20 days prior to the rental period. All rentals must include an additional 9% hotel tax to the State of Vermont.

Non-Holiday Midweek at $170/night, minimum of three nights
Snow plowing and fire wood supplied by the condo association.
Utilities included in all rentals.
