The bedrooms are located in the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has Twin beds. Also, there is a Queen Sleeper sofa downstairs.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six (6). * One dog per condo is allowed with a small, non-refundable pet charge Two parking spaces are available directly in front of each unit's entrance facing Wood Avenue. * The minimum age for renting a property is 25 years.
