It has an open floor plan, with living room, dining area and galley kitchen. Sliding glass doors off the living room open onto the front deck. The
master bedroom features a dome skylight, as well as sliding glass doors leading to a rear deck which overlooks a small, professionally landscaped garden and yard. A bathroom w/ shower is off the hallway between the kitchen and master bedroom. A guest bedroom w/ sitting room and bath are on the first level, just beyond the entryway. A bakery and a fine dining restaurant are within leisure, picturesque walking distance, and a small local country market is adjacently across the street.
