Our South and North Lodges can sleep up to 44 persons! Welcome to our tranquil, all season Colorado log homes where you can celebrate nature, life and just being together. The ideal location for your fun filled family reunion, for an incredible destination wedding, for a memorable anniversary celebration that's perfect for all generations of guests, or for any of the numerous types of corporate gatherings that thrive in a relaxed mountain atmosphere. We have also had numerous church groups of adults and youngsters alike that just loved the wilderness serenity along with the convenience of nearby shopping and activities accessible by the free shuttle service which stops 50 ft from the lodges.
Set in the woods in a residential area that borders on miles and miles of wilderness trails in the White River National Forest, our finely appointed rustic homes are only minutes away from some of the finest activities in the Rocky Mountains for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, art lovers, and shoppers. Panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains of the Gore Range are everywhere you look! A large outdoor hot tub/spa with wrap-around deck has just been added for the perfect place to unwind and talk about your adventure filled days. In addition, the lodge is only 2 miles from dozens of Outlet mall shops!
Summit Peaks Lodge South sleeps 24 while Summit Peaks Lodge North accomodates 20, with plenty of space to spread out in each lodge. Please refer to the menu on the left for details of each home. Summit Peaks Lodge SOUTH is a newly built 4,000 sq ft million dollar custom log home using over 250,000 lbs of Douglas Fir logs up to 24" in diameter. We just added a new Pool Table too! We can comfortably SLEEP 24 people in SIX bedrooms (with 17 comfy beds in many configurations) and 6.5 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub!). As an alternative if you have a smaller group, guests can utilize just the main house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, or just the apartment unit that has it's own kitchen and sleeps 4 with one bathroom. Over 4 years in contruction, Master Builders has spared no expense to make this the trophy home of the area. The newest addition to the Summit Peaks Lodge is a huge luxurious outdoor HOT TUB/SPA...the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day in any season. So that you will feel right at home, we have provided TWO sets of washers/dryers and huge 32" SONY TV's in the great rooms. Satellite DirecTV service has been installed and of course, DVD players too. The kitchen is fully equiped for large groups and has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, and complete small appliances. While snuggling up in front of the glowing gas pot belly stove in the winter or rehashing outdoor adventures in the summer, you will enjoy awesome views of gorgeous Lake Dillon and the Gore Mt. Range from the main living area. There's lots of comfortable space for group gatherings or quiet times in the two spacious living rooms. All the wood flooring on the main level is heated for keeping warm on cold winter nights. The open kitchen is conveniently designed and opens on to the dining room and living room. Cozy nooks abound for quiet TV/DVD/VCR watching, puzzle solving, reading or just kicking back and relaxing. Used by itself, or combined with Summit Peaks Lodge North, we wll happily work with you to make your group outing a most memorable trip for all. Rates are flexible by season and by size of the group, so be sure to check the BOOKINGS section. Many discounts are also available to Summit Peaks'guests at local locations! Just a few steps away from the wilderness of White River National Forest, Summit Peaks Lodge North is nestled among Colorado spruce and quaking aspens and features awesome views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range. While relaxing on the deck our guests often spot indigenous wild life scurrying through the property as well. Our spacious 4200 sq ft log home comfortably sleeps 17 in 6 bedrooms with a wide variety of bedding arrangements. These include a king bed in 1 bedroom, queen beds in 3 bedrooms, twins in 1 bedroom, and bunk beds and a twin in the last room. Additionally there are queen sofa sleepers in two of the living areas. There are 3 1/2 baths to accommodate the guests. The main living room of the North Lodge features a crackling, inviting wood burning fireplace that can also be seen from the spacious, well appointed kitchen as well as from the large dining room area. We also have 3 other comfy sitting areas for those quiet times of reading of just kicking back. TV's and a washer and dryer as well as other amenities will make you feel right at home. The newly constructed hot tub/spa on the back deck is the perfect spot for ending an exhilarating day in warm weather or cold. Used by itself or combined with Summit Peaks Lodge South, we can help you with your arrangements for family reunions, anniversaries, weddings or corporate outings to make a most memorable trip for all.
