2008 The slopes are all open for downhill fun.
We were the first in Evergreen and boy has it grown since. We now have 4 to choose from.

Custom built 14 year old with numerous amenities and thoughtful additions. 3000 sq ft. Highly recommended if you are considering building in the future just for the ideas.
Nearly every morning you'll be greeted with a nice to spectacular sunrise and almost every night the lights of the city are an absolute thing of beauty.
Every bedroom has a view with currently with 3 new beds (King, Queen, Full) and a plush Queen Futon in the 4th bedroom. We will upgrade the futon to a queen bed in June 08.
We've had 6 visits from groups that needed a place when we were already booked and all of them have loved it. Its romantic, relaxing, classy, comfortable, very thoughtfully designed and of course decorated with Rebecca's miraculous skill. The kitchen has all that you would need to cook up holiday meals to perfection.
5 minutes from I-70 - quick access to the slopes or to Denver or Disneyland (if you drive fast.)
4PM Check-In and 10AM Check-Out.
We have have had visitors from France, AZ, CO, IL, NE, OH, PA, and TX.
We highly recommend at least one 4WD for your group November thru March.
Refund Policy:
-100% refund plus deposit up to 2 months before stay.
-50% refund plus deposit up to 1 month before stay.
-Deposit refunded within a month before stay.
-Under all circumstances, full refund for rebooked nights.
-No refund on canceled stays longer than 2 weeks unless rebooked.

May-Sept: 3-6 nights: $175/n for 2, $200/n/4, $225/n/6, $250/n/8 & $275/n/10.
5 night minimum if available.
Subtract $10/nt for 7 or more nights.
Subtract $20/nt October - April except holidays. 3 night minimum if available.
X-Mas, New Year's, Thanksgiving & July4 are 5 night minimum. Add $50/night holiday fee.
$300 reserves up to a week, rate times nights due 2 months prior to visit.
Deposit returned within a week after departure.
Refunds: 100% refund up to 2 months b4 stay
50% refund up to 1 month b4 stay. Full refund for all rebooked nights.
Two week stay earns 1 comp(free) night.
4PM check-in and 10AM check-out. Leave no messes and laundry on last load.
