The main floor has an open floor plan with surround sound; the living room, dining area and a chef's dream kitchen, all facing the ocean. There are two screened porches and one sundeck. The second floor boasts the remainder of the bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The master bedroom is oceanside, with a flat screen tv and fireplace. The third floor has a small reading nook and half bath that opens up onto the rooftop deck, which features a covered kitchen area, large dining table, a lounge area and hot tub!! Private walkway to the beach, two outside private showers with hot water, and a elevator to service all four floors.
