This 2 bedroom 1 bath mountainside cabin was hand built by the owner. From the custom cabinets to the hand hewn pine posts and beams cut right on the property, the care that went into its construction will be quite evident. Inside the cabin you can enjoy the real wood burning fireplace (firewood provided!). And outside you can immerse yourselves in the hot-tub under the gazebo or just sit in the rockers on the front porch and listen to the mountains.
This is the perfect location for your Smoky Mountain visit, just 3 miles from the train station at Bryson City. Only a few miles farther and you will be tubing at Deep Creek, rafting in the Nantahala, exploring the shops of Cherokee or Dillsboro and enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you enjoy motoring or motor biking on the twisties in our mountains, you’ll find that Smoky Mountain Cabin is very accessible for your vehicles.
