This family and pet-friendly home is nestled in the pines between Circles 6 and 7. You're set to enjoy the peace and quiet of this north-end setting PLUS you're centrally located between two great bike paths, North Swimming Pool, tennis courts and the Woodlands Golf Course.
In the spring and summer, you're right by the driving range during golf season and you can cross-country ski around the fairway's perimeter in snow season. Nicely furnished, it features two master suites, an open kitchen, dining and living area PLUS 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (Queen, Queen, 2 Bunk beds, Futon) to sleep 10 comfortably and provide privacy for the adults.
After a full day skiing at Mt. Bachelor or kayaking the nearby river, you're sure to enjoy the steaming, relaxing heat of the hot tub, amidst the common grounds' forestry setting and the aroma of steaks sizzling on the BBQ from your patio deck. Be sure to drink in the velvety black night sky and glittery stars that are easily visible from your home's telescope.

My husband and I were vacationing in Sunriver a couple of weeks ago enjoying one of your properties when we were confronted with some business details that involved our son’s attendance at law school in San Diego. This entailed obtaining some forms off of the internet, as well as finding overnight mailing services and a location where we could receive faxes. We always use Village Properties when we visit in Sunriver, so it was only natural to run there when we had to address these needs and ask for assistance. Your staff (and at least 3 different individuals helped us) were extremely helpful and informative. They not only printed the forms we needed, but directed us to the Business Services office in the Business Park to overnight mail the forms and even allowed us to have documents faxed to your office to confirm that all details were taken care of. We couldn’t believe how they “bent over backwards” to make sure this was only a minor inconvenience for us. We are very impressed with your company and will make sure that any of our contacts traveling to Bend/Sunriver area know about you & Village Properties for their own vacation needs.
