Full of old Florida charm and recently restored, we welcome you to the Buttonwood Cottage. Situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island along famous Pine Ave., you will easily find your way to the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach style cottage. Bright, lush landscaping and swaying palms welcome you upon arrival with a front deck that is ideal for your relaxed morning coffee talks. Step inside and instantly feel the island vibes with all the amenities at your finger tips. Within walking distance to island boutiques, cafes, and a local general store you can find endless treasures to take home. Start your mornings off right with gourmet doughnuts from The Doughnut Experiment just down the street, they are the best!! Whether your goal is to finish that good book you’ve been reading, stroll along the glistening Gulf beaches, or gather your collection of seashells, it’s easily accomplished here.

This nautical inspired cottage has a modern feel with an open floor plan filled with space and ultimate comfort. The main door brings you into the living room decked with a sofa, leather recliners, and a flat panel tv to stream your favorite Netflix shows. Make way over to the gourmet kitchen stocked with all the supplies for your creative inner chef to prepare delicious feasts, a large kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining room features a long hand-tooled solid wood table for everyone to comfortably dine together, with a bonus corner desk for those working remotely and needing to stay connected via WiFi.

Make way down the hall to the 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms decorated with luxury bedding and designer nautical touches. The master bedroom features a king bed, ample storage, and flat screened T.V. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, dresser, as well as a twin bed under the window for your afternoon siestas, and the third bedroom is perfectly styled with 2 twin trundle beds that sleep 4. Discover your tropical oasis out back where you can take a dip in your private, heated pool and enjoy those breezy nights of entertaining guests while getting the grill fired up. An outdoor shower located near the pool comes to great use to help remove that extra sand off your toes and beach gear. Supplied with four bikes to navigate the island, beach chairs to take to the sparkling sand, and an abundance of beach toys for guests happily use as desired.

Outdoor adventures await with the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay only being a 3 block walk in either direction. A free Island Trolley runs every 20-30 minutes, which can take you anywhere on the 7 mile island and is easily accessed along Pine Ave. Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of this island. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
