This house was perfect for our family. Everything was updated and clean. Loved having the view from kitchen/living room areas straight out to the pool and canal. The kitchen had everything we needed too. We rented a golf cart for the week and zipped on over to the beach in a couple of minutes. But, you could walk there too. We would definitely rent this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Dock Holliday home and hope to book it again next year. It was very clean, had a great layout and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much for being so quick to answer our inquiries and bring us the few items that we needed. We were not at all ready to go home! The only suggestion that I have regarding the home is that you consider replacing the master bedroom mattress before long. It is starting to dip in the middle. But the house was great!

We absolutely loved staying at the Dock Holiday and were so disappointed to have to pack up and head home. The house is modern, beautiful, clean and well equipped. We had absolutely everything that we needed (including a safety rail for the twin bed for our 2-year old) and could not have asked for a nicer kitchen. The pool area is spacious and quiet and the pool was a nice size for our family of four. We were initially hesitant to rent a home right on a canal because of our children but the backyard is well fenced and gated; we never worried about the kids getting out onto the dock without supervision.We rented a golf cart to use for beach trips but could have walked to beach if necessary. The location of this home is perfect. It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants and is near a nice and quiet stretch of beach. (We visited in September). We hope to be able to return to Dock Holiday soon!
