Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the coastal-inspired décor, warm wood laminate flooring, and abundant natural light. The open living area features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and tranquil tropical wooded views through oversized windows. A dedicated game space offers a foosball table along with board games, puzzles, and books—perfect for family fun and relaxed evenings.

Just off the living room, a screened lanai surrounded by palm trees provides a peaceful outdoor retreat. Downstairs, a ground-level deck with seating and a grill makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable.

The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A convenient half bath with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower with built-in seating. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. A second full bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower.
