Upon driving up to this rental, you’ll notice that it’s a duplex. Though the entire duplex can be rented in conjunction, this description will outline what one side looks like.

Sugar Plum Beach East is a single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Just inside, you’ll notice it is bright, airy, and beautifully updated. The kitchen is charming and offers a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, marbled countertops, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar for two. The dining area is simple as it features an impressive concrete table with chairs for eight. The living room is stunning with a comfortable couch, rustic wooden coffee table, and a large flat screen TV. The entire space is bathed in natural sunlight from the French doors along the back wall that lead out to the backyard.

The bedrooms and bathrooms in this home are also beautifully updated and offer a relaxing place to rest after time under the Florida sun. The first bedroom, the unit’s master suite, features a king-sized bed, large armoire, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a lovely, purple-tiled walk-in shower.
