The fully equipped spacious kitchen offers a grilling deck, large dining table, island and everything needed for the most discerning cooks. Just pack up the family for a relaxing getaway just steps to the beautiful waters of the Oregon coast!
Americana with the Paris Studio features five bedrooms, two are masters with king beds, three other bedrooms with queen beds plus three and one half baths…a loft with two twins beds an air-Foosball table, and viewing deck allows Americana to accommodates twelve very comfortably. You will love the extra space and serenity of this Americana-style home with its pine flooring, expansive decks, multiple bedrooms, outside shower and outside hot tub room. Bring your helmets along because this home includes three beach cruisers and two children’s bikes. Don’t delay-this home books fast!

Cancellation PolicyShould the need to cancel arise between the date the reservation is made and 31 days prior to your arrival a refund of the initial rental charge will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. For cancellations that occur within 30 days of your arrival date the total rental charge will be non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are able to rebook your accommodations less a 10% cancellation fee and a $50 reservation fee. No refunds will be given for medical emergencies, late arrivals or early departures.
Deposit(s)All Bella Beach Vacation Rentals homes require a 30% deposit when making the reservation. We will be happy to process this deposit with a credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover) or check. This deposit is non-transferable and may not be applied to any other reservations. The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposits are retained by the credit card number and charged if terms require forfeit of deposit. We accept a maximum of two charge cards per reservation.

Other PoliciesAll of the rental homes rented by Bella Beach Vacation Rentals are privately owned and reflect the personality and unique tastes of their owners. Because of this, we do not allow smoking or unauthorized pets in any of our rental homes. Bella Beach, Roads End and Cutler Point are small coastal communities and we ask that you restrict all sound and noise to a reasonable volume. Tenants and their guests must conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb any neighbors enjoyment of the community. Bella Beach Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and especially those under the age of 25.
Bella Beach Vacation Rentals offers several "pet-friendly" homes. Small pet friendly homes allow for 1 dog either 15-20lbs and under (this is an owners choose as to whether pets are allowed and size of dog). PETS OTHER THAN DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. All homes are limited to a maximum of 2 dogs. Should we discover that a pet is or has been in the home without prior approval, you will be charged your full $350 security deposit and must vacate the home, forfeiting all payments received. Our Lincoln County/City neighborhoods operate with strict dog policies. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the home and picked up after a $25 fee will be charged if these rules are violated. At NO TIME MAY PETS BE LEFT UNATTENDED in a home, car or on the grounds on one of our homes.

This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steal appliances! There are no words, nor are there pictures that could capture the tremendous peace we have felt here. We have made memories that will last a life time. What a lovely home…& it is a “home”. We have felt from the moment we walked in the door that is was our haven. Every quilt, picture, pillow & piece of décor makes it feel like the most comfortable & special place. We have beachcombed, eaten local flare, shopped, whale watched, explored, played & relaxed. Most importantly, we have bonded as a family. Our last-minute decision to splurge and spend a retreat weekend at the beach proved to be a good one. Your home was the perfect spot. We all spend a good portion of our time admiring the house – the cool yellow and blue walls, the studio off the garage, the fluffy red rug in front of the fireplace, and the decks off the bedrooms (to name a few of our favorites).
