This 2nd floor unit affectionately named Emerald Dunes, has been refreshed with plank flooring and modern coastal touches. Every piece of furniture has been updated with unique and beautiful pieces that will make you feel right at home on your 30A beach vacation.
On top of all the amazing updates, you'll love the open-concept living and stunning pool views. Grab a cup of coffee from the modernized kitchen and walk out to your private balcony to take in the Florida sunshine. Head downstairs to swim a few laps in the seasonally heated pool ... or simply grab a lounger and soak up the rays. Take a quick walk down the sidewalk and you'll enjoy the beach access from the Majestica Circle neighborhood. You can have your toes in the sand in no time at all.

We loved the condo.The location is excellent & the space was perfect for our family of 7. The private beach access is better than the public one at One Seagrove Place/not as busy, or as far of a walk. The only complaint we have is the mattress in the Master bedroom is rock hard/super uncomfortable. We are really hoping they replace it before next year because it was almost unbearable. We'll check before we book next year so we can plan accordingly! :)

The Villas at Seagrove are our go-to spot on 30a. We love the location and the pool. The B201 unit was pretty underwhelming as far as furniture, decor, and hominess compared to other units we've stayed in, but the beach was great and the pool was too.

Great location near beach.

We have stayed in this condo before and like the convenience of our visitors having their own bed and bath. It is beautifully appointed and I am a cook so the kitchen has what I need so that is a positive.
My only critique is that the carpets need to be replaced as they probably cannot be cleaned anymore and I do work out in the master. Great layout though.
Will stay there again if the world recovers!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo! Great location with easy beach access. Everything was as expected or better with no maintenance issues! I will note the balcony could use a couple more chairs. Garrett Realty made the rental process very easy!
