Oversee Rentals professionally manages 354 Flatwoods Forest. NatureWalk at Seagrove Beach is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. You can spend your day poolside at one or both of the pools, or you can relax on one the lounge chairs. A small, covered pool is available for children. The Gathering Place has a fire pit that you can use to warm your family at night. You will find a pickle ball and basketball court next to this lovely home. This is a great spot for the kids to play while you are watching from the porch. The open-plan living space is a highlight of this professionally decorated home. The first of the four bedrooms is located just beyond the entrance door. This king-sized bedroom has a private bathroom and smart TV. You will find the living room and kitchen GE CafA (c) appliances just beyond the bedroom. Here you can create your favorite meals. Two plush couches are found in the living room. The dining area can seat eight people and has three additional bars seats at the island. There is also a patio with seating for 8. On the second floor, you will find a lounge with twin trundles and daybeds. There is also access to a large screened-in balcony with seating for everyone. Continue down the hall to find a queen guest bedroom on your left and a fun bunk room with a shared full bathroom on your right. The hall ends with the king master bedroom, which has a private bath with dual vanities as well as a walk-in shower. NatureWalk is located in the middle the Point Washington State Forrest, where you'll find miles of walking and biking trails.
