Property Description

This beautiful beach home has stunning views of the Gulf and sunsets. You can enjoy the Gulf breezes from many outdoor areas and are only a 3-minute walk from the beach. With 4 bedrooms, this home can sleep up 14 people. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. It also has a sectional porch. A private balcony is available from the master bedroom for a cup of tea or coffee.
The main living area on the 1st floor is spacious and cozy, with plenty of space to gather for special vacation meals. Enjoy a movie on the sofa while you relax. This floor has a convenient king-sized bedroom and easy access to the full bathroom. The bunk room is unique and will be loved by the children. It has plenty of space to accommodate multiple kids.
You can relax by the pool just up the road from Camelot Lane. It's a great place to relax in the sun. You can also walk 3 minutes to the beach access if you wish to take a dip in the sand.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1st Floor shared full bath 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2, King bed and Jack and Jill bath with Bedroom 3. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3. 2 sets of full-overfull bunk beds. TV and desk area. 3rd Floor, Bedroom 4, King bed with private bathroom, sitting area, and private balcony. Also, a kitchenette.
SEAGROVE
Seagrove Beach is named for the thick oak grove that runs along its coastline. It is located in the heart 30A. Seaside, Grayton and WaterColor are all within a mile or so to the west, while Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are a few miles east. There is no better place to enjoy all that 30A has to provide!
With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.

All guests receive a Benchmark welcome bag with an initial starter kit of amenities. This includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish spoon, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 trashcan liner. You will receive 1 washcloth/body towel per guest, 2 hand towels per bathroom and 2 washing machine pods.
