For a home this gorgeous, within the High Country’s most stunning resort community, Crown Jewel is a very appropriate description. Resting on a spacious 1.81 acres at 3,800 feet of elevation, the home offers 5 Bedrooms/4 Baths in over 4,300 square feet of heated space, with an additional 2,000+ feet of outdoor deck space for taking in the cool summertime air and mountain views. While enjoying your stay at Koronida Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: 24/7 General Store Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking) (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Important Notes: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
Koronida Lodge features a large great room that flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and then out to a covered outdoor dining area on the large main level deck. Maple hardwood floors throughout the main living area are paired with the stacked river rock, flagstone and reclaimed barn wood of the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, all framed by Nickle Gap Tongue and Groove White Pine cathedral ceilings overlooking. Exquisite granite counters and top of the line appliances make for an impressive yet very comfortable kitchen, perfect for entertaining.
The main level of Koronida Lodge offers a master suite as well as a guest bedroom and cozy bunk room. Just up the spiral staircase there is an additional master suite. The downstairs area features a casual den and game room, as well as an additional guest bed and full bath. Step out to another large deck and take in the sounds of nature, breathaking mountain views, and cool mountain air. The two-car garage is also available for use, a great convenience for the winter months.
The Lodges at Eagles Nest is a world-class 3,000+ acre master-planned development with altitudes over 5,200 feet framed by spectacular 360-degree mountain views as far as the eye can see. The natural features of the property include acres upon acres of undeveloped green space and pastures, rushing streams, waterfalls, massive boulder formations, abundant wildlife and much more.

- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
