Welcome to Hinesight at Hound Ears in Boone!

Relax and enjoy your getaway at this beautiful mountain home located in the prestigious gated community of Hound Ears Club, just between Boone and Banner Elk.  

Hinesight accommodates up to 9 guests with a spacious 4 bedroom/4.5 bath layout.  This home features four King suites.  Each with an attached bath for added convenience and privacy for your group.  

The main level features a King suite that has an ensuite full bath including a jetted tub, double vanity and tiled shower.  The half bath is also located on the main level.  Head upstairs and the King suite has deck access as well as a twin day bed.  This ensuite full bath includes a tiled tub/shower. The lower level accommodates the 3rd and 4th King suites.  Each of these suites has deck access and an ensuite full bath including a tiled tub/shower. 
All four suite have a Streaming TV and ceiling fan.  

The modern custom kitchen has a 4 burner gas range, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, bar with an ice maker and mini fridge.  And every coffee lover will be happy to know that we have both a Keurig style and drip coffeemaker provided for you! 

Sit by the indoor wood burning fireplace and listen to your favorite songs on the sound bar in the den.  

On a nice evening, grill up a lovely dinner and take in the surrounding mountain views while you are out on these fantastic porches.  

Ski your heart away this winter!  We are located between all three ski slopes!

Beech Mountain Ski - 31 minutes

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 mature well trained dogs for each stay.  Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night.
- Hound Ears is a private membership club. Club amenities are not available to guests of Hinesight but there are hiking trails within the property that may be enjoyed during your stay. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. The home comes with eco-friendly dishwasher detergent, laundry pods,  shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter set of toilet paper, garbage bags and makeup remover cloths are also provided.
- TVs are Streaming only.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. 
- Firewood for the indoor woodburning fireplace may be purchased with at least one week (7 day) advance notice. Firewood is $25/nt for 2 bundles of wood + 1 firestarter plus tax and will be delivered to the home for you. 
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months. The road leading to this home is paved with a paved driveway. Hound Ears Property Services treats and removes snow during any inclement winter weather event. Use caution when traveling during inclement weather as icy spots may be present.
- Paved driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Only 1 step to enter. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non refundable
Any bookings cancelled 14- 30 days before arrival will receive 50% back, of what they paid into the reservation
Any bookings cancelled 30 or more days before arrival will receive 100% back, of what they paid into the reservation
