The main floor has an open floor plan. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area with seating capacity for 8 and a small bar for 3 people. These are located next to the living area with the TV and gas fireplace. You'll find a loft upstairs with a six-seater game table, a PS3 and a variety family-friendly games. A large game room is located downstairs, which includes a pool-table, a PS4 gaming system, a sleeper sofa, and comfortable chairs. On the large Smart TV, you can watch the latest movies and sports. The house also has books and board games for all ages. The ping-pong is also in the garage. You are welcome on the 14-acre estate. Although it may seem far away, Banner Elk and Boone are both within 4 miles. Boone is within 30 minutes. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain are both within 10 miles.
