Important Parking Note: The driveway of this townhome is shared with a neighbor. Due to egress/ingress limitations, only three (3) vehicles are allowed. Additional cars can park at the office, or carpool to work. The owner installed two cameras to monitor how many cars were parked in the driveway. Both cameras are pointed at the owners, but they are not able to see the footage. The owner asks that guests do not turn off the camera. This home can accommodate a maximum of ten (10) guests. More than ten (10) people are not allowed in the house. Mountain Heart Lodge is an elegant 4BR/4.5BA Townhome in Eagles Nest - a luxury mountain community. Mountain Heart Lodge features stunning views and luxurious finishes. The hot tub is located on the patio at the back. There is a small basketball court downstairs for kids. There are also bunk rooms and several king-sized suites downstairs. You can choose between foosball, pool, or an arcade cabinet to keep you entertained. The fully equipped kitchen can meet all your needs. Mountain Heart Lodge can be booked. Mountain Heart Lodge offers many Eagles Nest amenities. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm.
