This charming log cabin is located right in the center of Boone, and provides easy access to the High Country. Boone is only minutes from downtown, where Appalachian State University is located. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and events. The home is only a 10-minute drive from Valle Crucis where you can find the original Mast General Store and the Riverside Community Park. Appalachian Ski Resort can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park is less than 30 minute away. Banner Elk is just under 30 minutes from the park. Sunrise Mountain Mini Golf is less than 5 miles away from Foggy Mountain Gem Mining. Eagle's View has custom wood features, such as wood flooring and vaulted-ceilings. The living room has a stone fireplace, a sectional sofa and chair in leather and a leather chair. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals at the large wood table that can seat up to ten people. The master bedroom can also be found on the main level. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor. It has a king-sized bed and a full ensuite with a jetted bathtub, as well as an walk-in shower. The lower level features a game area with a HDTV and a pool table. It's a great place to spend time with the family. This floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and two double beds. The other bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out Trundle. The two bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. This home can be completed with a gas grill, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Additional fees may be applicable.
