The Mod Lodge is a charming, tiny home and a cozy mountain escape. The loft features a king bed and a TV. On the main level, there is a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Additional amenities include WiFi, a mini-split on the main level, and a washer and dryer. Two dogs are welcome with your reservation. Additional pet fees will apply. The home access is via a short, steep gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD, along with chains, is recommended for winter travelers.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund. For cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid to date will be refunded. Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. If travel insurance is purchased and the cancellation reason is covered under the policy, you may be eligible to recover the full amount.
