Property Description
This home sits on a gentle lot with a view overlooking a large cove. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The entrance to the home has only 2 steps so unloading the car is easy. You'll enter into the open dining room/kitchen/living room combination which makes family gatherings convenient. The dining room table will seat 6 and there is space for 3 more at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is horseshoe shaped so everything is within arms reach. The living room has a new flat screen tv and directv so everyone can watch their favorite shows. This level also houses the master bedroom with a King bed, entrance to the full length waterfront deck, and full bath. You'll also find a 2nd bedroom here with a queen. There is a full bathroom in the hall as well as laundry room. The full length deck on the waterfront side of the home has a patio set with seating for 6 at the table, and 4 adirondack chairs. There is a 3 burner gas grill here too for the grill masters to show off their skills.
Downstairs, there is a rec room with a sectional sofa big enough to seat 6; however, you will most likely find you spend your time playing pool on the full size pool table located here. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level, one with a Double size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The 3rd full bathroom is located in the downstairs hall. Walk outside on the lower level patio and you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as well as the calm cove while swinging on the slider swing. There is a patio set here as well.
The dock is covered and has lights and electric. There is a floater for your use. Best of all, this home is a short ride or walk to Portside Bar and Grill where they serve their famous wings! Make sure to stop by and check them out during your stay.
