Sunset Vista is a luxurious, fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom villa with integral attached 1 bedroom apartment located high above sea level on beautiful St John, US Virgin Islands in the upscale, gated community of Virgin Grand Estates. Affording breathtaking views to the south through west including St. Thomas and surrounding cays, Sunset Vista offers breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean Sea. Located in the upper section of the exclusive conclave known as Virgin Grand Estates, Sunset Vista offers elegance, security and convenient proximity to duty free shopping and an eclectic assortment of fine dining options in Cruz Bay.  Entry to this luxurious and very private villa is through a finely crafted mahogany entrance door which is located directly adjacent to the private parking area.  Once inside, arriving guests will be greeted by the large, open air great room featuring full wall glass sliding doors which overlook the inviting pool deck, Pilsbury Sound and St. Thomas and the panoramic Caribbean Sea.  

The great room is comfortably furnished with a large circular sectional sofa with matching overstuffed side chairs. There is also a large flat screen television with Cable TV and DVD Player and stereo system and wireless internet service is available throughout . The great room also features individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans.  Adjacent to the living room area is the indoor dining area with seating for up to eight. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area and contains all of the features and amenities needed to prepare snacks to gourmet meals. There is also an island breakfast bar with seating for four for casual dining or snacking.  Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assure climate controlled comfort. There is a glass sliding door to the covered patio which offers a table with seating for six for casual or alfresco dining.

The large master bedroom suite located on the upper level is accessed by a graceful curved stairway from the main entrance foyer and down a short 'cat walk' hallway overlooking the great room, the pool deck and the fabulous ocean views beyond!  Here you will enjoy a comfortable king size bed, en suite bath with double sink vanity and separate, tiled walk-in shower.  Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assure comfortable climate control. There is also a beverage cooler and a television with cable TV and DVD player in the suite. While lying in bed you will enjoy the magnificent views through the glass and screen sliding doors which lead to your own private patio overlooking the pool deck and enchanting views beyond. 

There are two additional bedrooms located down a short hallway off the main entrance foyer. The first bedroom suite features two full size beds and an en suite bath with shower. The second bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bath and shower. Both of these bedroom suites feature glass and screened sliding doors leading to the pool deck and each offers panoramic views and fresh and cooling trade wind breezes to 'wash' the bedrooms when opened . Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning systems with ceiling fans and both have televisions with cable TV and DVD players.

The pool deck features an inviting sculpted pool and a 6-8 person hot tub for soaking aching muscles and watching the twinkling lights of St. Thomas or the amazing night time star fields. Numerous lounge chairs are provided poolside and around the large deck for 'soaking up some rays' or relaxing by the pool while enjoying `sundowner` cocktails in the shade under the retractable custom designed awnings. You can also prepare your alfresco dinner on the full sized BBQ grill as you watch for the 'green flash' at sunset. 

The lower apartment, which is perfect for larger groups and is never rented separately, is accessed by a short staircase from the great room or by its own private entrance through glass sliding doors from the parking area which enter the apartment living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, a bedroom area with king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The entire apartment suite has individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a television with cable TV and a stereo system located for viewing in the living room or the sleeping area.
