This is a warm, welcoming first floor villa with a large deck overlooking the Club pool facility and ocean. The family room has a TV, DVD player for your enjoyment. The living room sofa openings into a queen sized bed.  The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops!  Counter seating for two plus a table for 4 afford plenty of space for meals between trips to the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area to relax with a good book. The bathroom has been remodeled! The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with a full bath with a remodeled bathroom - beautiful walk in shower! Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms open to the large deck. Enjoy listening to the waves of the ocean at night.



Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities - oceanfront swimming pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor restaurant/bar, tennis courts, golf courses, horseback riding and Island House restaurants/bar - are included in the rent. These cards cost $150/wk if not included. Additional fees are charged for all activities except pool usage.



If you will be traveling with your dog, a non refundable pet fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.  If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.  Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
