Sand Caper 509 is a two bedroom, two full bathroom beachfront condo located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach.

You will love the location of the complex. Directly on the beach where the preserve ends and opens to the north to the widest sections of white sugar sand beach, you have the best of both worlds outside your door. For nature lovers it doesn't get any better! The Estero Critical Wildlife Preserve is waiting for you to explore. Hundred's of species of birds and wildlife can be found in the preserve with trails to walk through and enjoy some of the most natural and unspoiled sections of Fort Myers Beach. Just to the north of the condo you can enjoy miles of white sugar sand beach, parasailing, jet skiing and cabana rentals at the waters edge.

Enter through the secure building, taking the elevator to the fifth floor. The entrance to the condo is roomy allowing you to get everyone in and everything inside easily.

The great room opens past the entrance. The spacious living room is bright and airy with the large sliding glass doors and windows. Comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV allow you to relax. The living room sofa also doubles as an additional sleeping area for two extra guests if desired. Open the living room sliders letting the breeze flow through. Step out onto the screened in lanai looking out over the pool below and taking in the fantastic island views. Off in the distance you can see Estero Bay. You will love sitting out on the lanai watching Estero Blvd. and the daily happenings of island life.

The kitchen has everything you will need for preparing your meals while staying at Sand Caper 509. The dining room provides a wonderful place for eating those home cooked meals or some of our island take out!

The master suite offers a queen bed with in-room TV and plenty of dresser and closet space allowing you to settle in to your home away from home. The full ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Your guests will enjoy the queen size bed and in-room TV in the guest bedroom. A stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in a closet for everyone?s laundry needs. There is also a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway with a tub/shower combination.

Sand Caper complete has a spacious in-ground heated pool. Relax poolside in one of the many loungers or cool off in the pool.

Wireless internet and off street parking are also included with your stay. Please note the condo association rules stipulate a minimum two week stay. We would love to rent it for less, but are unable. For our guests with allergies this condo is both smoke free and pet free.

Sand Caper is a well thought out property that is located within walking distance of Santini Plaza, numerous restaurants, trolley stops, the beach theater, CVS pharmacy, and the island?s widest, most sought after beach. This resort style property also offers park benches on the water and gas grills for your grilling pleasure.
