Property Description

Welcome to Sand Pointe 212. Our second floor vacation rental condominium offers a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico from our private, screened lanai. Plenty of space for up to six guests with two bedrooms/two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area. We have a full kitchen that has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for preparing a family meal. The master bedroom suite has a very comfortable king sized bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds an full bathroom just off the bedroom. Sand Pointe, as a complex, features a beautiful courtyard with pond, heated pool and is just steps from the sand. The West Gulf Drive location offers wonderful sunset views and a bit more privacy than you may find with other Island locations. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home away from home for a week or longer. Please note that Sand Pointe is a non-smoking complex, property wide.
