You'll immediately notice the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, which is furnished with modern furniture and high-end appliances. The kitchen is equipped with dual refrigerators and dishwashers, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The living room is spacious and features a large sectional with a flat-screen TV mounted on 86 inches. It's the perfect place to host a memorable family evening. A large dining room table with seating for 16 people and a few extra chairs as backup.

The large glass panel sliding doors on the ground floor allow for plenty of natural lighting. They also provide access to your own private resort style pool. On the pool deck, you will also find a large Weber grill with stylish Miami-inspired pool furniture for your entertainment and relaxation.

You can also enjoy the two large mounted TVs while watching a game. This room is filled with crazy lighting, and you may have never seen anything quite like it. You can play ping-pong in the garage or watch your favorite movies on the large projector screen in the theater room.

You can choose from 12 bedrooms, all of which have a private bathroom. There are several themed rooms available for children, including a Treehouse room and a Under the Sea bedroom.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
