The Dining room offers a table for 6 people and the living room offers an additional queen size sofa-bed with flat screen cable tv and wifi high speed internet. Balcony overlooks straight to the ocean with unobstructed Atlantic Ocean and Hollywood Beach views. Building offers resort style amenities with 2 ocean front pools and a recently renovated gym. The washer and Dryer are shared by the entire floor.

- Check-out time: 12:00PM
- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.
