Large, gracious 4 bedroom, 4 bath Gulf front home with magnificent views. Fenced and gated for lots of privacy, which comes in handy with small children. The large pool (l 5X35), surrounded by a spacious pool deck for lounging, is located to maximize privacy. The pool is adjacent to the Gulf, so you can float in the pool while taking in Gulf views. Pool deck leads to sandy Gulf front area (nice for relaxing with a book and cocktails by the water) and dock. The dock has two built in cantilevered benches, one facing west and one facing north, to provide sunset viewing year round. We can't promise you will see manatees, but some guests have. You can fish, swim and snorkel in the Gulf right from your back door. Large T-shaped dock provides ample dockage. Outdoor amenities include a bait freezer, a fish cleaning table, and 110 electric at the dock.

On the second story main level, the open floor plan includes a spacious living room, formal dining room, bright gourmet kitchen, and adjacent screened porch with dining table and gas grill. The open kitchen has a wall of windows facing the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf! On this level, there is a bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed and its own TV. This level also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs boasts a huge master suite with a large sitting area. Master bath has lovely Gulf views, two sinks, a shower, and a large tub. The master suite also includes a closeted washer and dryer. There are two other bedrooms on this level, one with a king and one with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms open into a large game room/den (games are not included) which overlooks the wraparound top floor patio, offering more amazing views and lounging opportunities.

The home has high speed wireless internet, 5 TV's, (one TV is in the sitting room off the pool area, one in each bedroom on main floor, one in the living room and one in the master suite). There is also a CD player/small stereo system.

Please note that tenants do not have use of the boat lift.

Rates and Fees: The home rents for $4,000/week. All lobster weeks and holiday weeks are
$4,300/week. *POOL HEAT $200/week if paid in advance $225/week upon arrival.* There is a
$150 fee if gate opener is not returned. Monthly rent is $14,000.00/month in the off season to $15,500 in season. The security deposit for a weekly rental is $500.00. The cleaning fee is $325.00. Processing:
