Property Description
A new hot tub puts this lodge over the top. The house was finally finished a couple of winters ago and almost all the renters have enjoyed their stays. Frozen pipes in the tub hurt a couple of parties. Now is your opportunity to enjoy this large house with DSL. One of the nice things about the house is the outside addition of the fire pit in a safe area. There is also a field for building snowmen or snow forts for a snowball fights. Each of the 5 bedrooms has two big beds. So the two queen bedrooms have two queen beds in each bedroom. The three bedrooms with double beds each have two double beds. There is also a twin bed in an alcove at the end of the hallway where an escape door is located. The house features ceramic tile in the kitchen and the three bathrooms. Hardwood floors in the living area and bedrooms. This is a great place to kick-off from to go to Lake George in the summer, deer hunting in the fall, and whitewater rafting in the spring. Best of all is the skiing in the winter. There is a nice slope for sledding in back of the house. This house has had more rentals than any other house we manage in the last two years. 2 acre beaver pond close by.
