Property Description

Welcome to 4 Ketch! This spectacular home has six-bedrooms, six full and 2 half bathrooms. It is located second row in Palmetto Dunes and can host a group of up to 16 guests. The home has been completely updated and redecorated including new furniture throughout, new flooring, new paint, and updated bathrooms. Free pool and hot tub heat included.

This home features a private pool and spa. A new half bathroom has been added to the 1st floor that will conveniently have access from the pool area. The pool can be heated for $150 per day or $900 per week. Free pool heat from September to December 2022.

1 ST FLOOR
Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have flat screen TVs. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a living area on the first floor that features a pull-out couch and large flat screen TV making it ideal area for the kids to hang out. One of the downstairs bedrooms has 2 full size beds. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds with one having direct access to the front wrap around front porch.

MID LEVEL
A few steps up from the 1 st floor is a large bedroom that will have a king bed, queen bed with a twin bunk bed above the queen and a large flat screen TV. The bedroom features a large bathroom that is updated and includes a large walk-in shower, separate tub, and his and hers sinks. This room is ideal for a family with younger children.

2 ND FLOOR
The main living area is at the top of the stairs and has a large flat screen TV and access to front and rear balconies where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and will be fully stocked with new pots, pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, and new small appliances. The living room has all new furniture along with an updated fireplace. On the front balcony you have plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. A powder room is a few steps up. The first master
bedroom has a king bed and new furniture along with a flat screen TV and has direct access to the front balcony. The private bath has recently been updated and features a walk-in shower, twin sinks, and large tub. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and flat screen TV and fully renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.
