Property Description
This wonderfully comfortable home is located at an ideal spot in Sea Pines. Close to the beach and about equal distance to South Beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club and not much further up to Harbour Town. Once you take the steps to the front door the living space is all on one floor making this a perfect Hilton Head vacation rental choice. Upon entering the home, the foyer opens up directly to an open floor plan with the formal dining room with seating for 8, the first room on the right. Then there are 2 sitting areas split by the fireplace* and a wet bar. One side is the family room with a large 55 inch TV, 2 couches (one a sleeper sofa) and 2 chairs. The other sitting area is a great place to be able to talk to those working in the kitchen or sitting at another dining area with seating for 6. An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops this is a fantastic gathering place for family and friends as there are 3 bar stools as well. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room as well as the ½ bath. All rooms have TV's and Roku ready for your entertainment. Master bedrooms have large walk in closets and The Tommy Bahama master bedroom has new luxury mattress.
The first twin bedroom with cheerful red accented bedspreads has a full updated bathroom and is right off the family room. There is also a flat screen TV in the armoire. Down the hall and to the left is the second twin beach themed bedroom also with an updated full bathroom and flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
To the right is the first master with a King bed and a Tommy Bahama vibe. The large master bath has 2 vanities, large closet and a large soaking tub as well as private walk-in shower. This bedroom has a view of the deck and backyard. The other nautical themed master with a king bed is at the end of the hall and features a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double vanities.
The top deck has lots of comfortable seating as well as a dining table for six and a gas grill because what is a vacation without the ability to grill up some burgers or steaks! Down the steps to the pool area there is more seating – another table with seating for 4, 2 loungers and 2 Adirondacks as well a hammock for snoozing after a full day in the sun. The focal point of the bottom deck is the pool**that is about 14×9. Right off the pool you are steps to the beach path where the walk is less than 3 minutes (with no steps down) and your toes are in the sand.
