Property Description

Spectacular views of Kennebunk Beach also known as "Mother's Beach". Walk across the street to the nice sandy beach with area for children to play on the new playground offered by KBIA. There is a bathroom and snack area at the beach if you have small children. You can walk all three beaches on the side walk or on the sandy beach whichever you prefer.

Inside this lovely home, it is an open concept living room with flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen with breakfast area, also there is a large deck over looking the the cove and beach. There is also three bedrooms, full bath and full size washer and dryer.

There is assigned parking where you can fit two cars.

Two week or more $350.00 cleaning fee (cleaning after 2 weeks and cleaning at the end required)

This is a wonderful place to start you summer vacation. It is approximately 2 miles from Kennebunkport Center where all the shops, restaurants and are located.
