This renovated, A-Style townhouse with a straight staircase is in Trevor Village and lies 300 feet from the Fletcher Pools & Tennis Courts.  It has been nicely updated and features solid flooring throughout, new mattresses, and new ductless mini-split A/C units in both bedrooms and in the living room to keep you cool on those hot summer days.  On the main floor, you will find a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the amenities of home; an open dining room/living room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating; and the primary bedroom with an adjustable king bed with separate controls and TV.  Just outside this bedroom is a full bath and a stackable washer/dryer unit.  Sliders off the living room open to an extended patio, where guests have use of a new Weber gas grill, and they can relax on the patio set.  Up the straight staircase, you will find the open loft area with 2 additional twin beds, providing additional sleep options for guests, and a spacious second bedroom that offers a private full bath, 2 twin beds and a TV.  Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, Keurig and Drip coffee makers, and close proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
