Off the dining room is where you'll enter the extensive, screened in patio with large TV which is perfect for those (mosquito-free) summer nights! On the second floor of the house, you will find 2 guest bedrooms, a full bathroom and second living room area with TV. Bedroom #2 has 2 twins, carpet flooring, and A/C unit. Bedroom #3 has a full bed, A/C unit, and carpet flooring. Additional amenities include: a washer/dryer, gas grill, fully enclosed outdoor shower, driveway parking for 5 cars, and an additional sleeping area in the basement.

Property is located 500' from the Brewster Sportsmans's & Gun Club which have currently have no set schedule for the summer and shooting activities may take place as per MA General Law from 8am until 10pm.
